Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order.

1. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind after confirmation.

2. If a returned parcel is received in damaged or used condition, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.

3. Customers are responsible for paying the courier charges for returns or exchanges.

4. Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days depending on location and courier service.

5. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after confirmation via call or message.
